Tricep rope is well made of heavy duty nylon braided rope with durable firm rubber stoppers. 360 degree rotatable chrome plated attachment can be attached to any universal gym system for exercising triceps, biceps, back, shoulders and improving grip strength.

The pulley is made of aluminum alloy. It is so carefully designed without noise when you use it. The pulley is fixed by 2 expansion screws. When you use it, it is very stable and does not shake. Loading pin is welded to be very strong.
